Both the groups and the users are configurable by the commands! However, there is a special function to manage the groups and users. It is possible to configure the PermissionSystem through files. What does it mean?
You can convert the groups and users from the database to a file system, for example to add permissions or groups more easily. Then, by using the command /perms copyEntriesTo database, you can upload the documents again and the system will apply these changes.
